Company Description Talentscape Singapore focuses on developing human capabilities for a rapidly changing, technology-enabled world. The organization designs learning solutions that help people stay relevant, adaptable, and ready to navigate change in work and life. Talentscape works with organizations, academic institutions, and juniors to bridge real-world perspectives with practical skills such as human skills, digital literacy, critical thinking, creativity, and entrepreneurship. Its programs emphasize not just acquiring knowledge, but applying it effectively, making sound decisions, and continuing to grow. Talentscape is committed to nurturing curiosity, confidence, and an enterprising mindset for the future.

Role Description The Program Facilitator is a part-time, hybrid role based in Singapore, with a mix of in-person sessions and work-from-home tasks. The Facilitator will deliver engaging learning sessions for different audiences, including corporate teams, students, and juniors, using Talentscape’s curriculum and learning frameworks. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and materials, customizing content to participant needs, facilitating workshops and interactive activities, and managing group discussions to ensure inclusive participation. The role also involves assessing learner progress, gathering feedback, and providing input to improve program design and materials. The Facilitator will collaborate with internal teams and partners to coordinate schedules, logistics, and reporting, while maintaining a professional, learner-centered environment.

  • Organizational and time-management skills to handle scheduling, preparation, and follow-up tasks efficiently.
  • Relevant diploma or degree in education, psychology, communications, business, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
