Full Time Sales Associate (Bus) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,500 in MAN Truck & Bus Selangor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Opportunities

• Generate sales orders to meet individual sales target
• Establish and maintained business relationship with existing customers and prospective customers to achieve maximum sales profitability and market growth
• Analyze the market potential and establish effective sales strategies
• Perform complete sales activities including pre and post functions
• Keep abreast of product development, technical services and competitive activities
• Participate actively in the product promotion activities such as trade exhibition, events, etc..
• Coordinate and liaise with local parties and HQ during tender processes, ensuring support is available year-round
• Provide details, accurate and timely reports to the Management.

2. Business Development & New Customers

• Build up market intelligence, market and competitor information, and product requirements through market research from on-the-ground sources, internal data, and open sources.
• Identify potential markets and segments and define product requirements.
• Consult the customer and offer options on possible solutions based on MAN’s product & business solutions’ portfolio.
• Coordinate input (commercial and technical information) for Product Management by understanding customer needs and market trends
• Deliver fast and accurate information, including prompt responses to customer enquiries.

Qualifications:

• Degree in economics/business administration/industrial engineering or have a comparable educational background.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Commercial Vehicle Industry, working with complex matrix structures and diversified business units.
• At least 2 years of experience in Sales & After Sales divisions, preferably with a focus on Business Development and Performance Management in a large corporate environment.
• Demonstrated understanding of digital technologies to streamline business processes.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia & English is essential.
• German language, reading & writing would be a strong advantage.
