️ Work Schedule
Choose from the following work arrangements:
5-day work week (alternate Saturdays), - 8.30am – 6.00pm, OR
6-day work week (includes either Saturday or Sunday) 9.30am – 6.00pm
Working hours are rostered based on operational requirements.
What You'll Do
Welcome and assist members of the public with a warm and professional attitude.
Provide guidance on digital and self-service platforms.
Respond to general enquiries and deliver quality customer service.
Gather customer feedback to enhance service experience.
Support day-to-day centre operations, events and administrative activities.
Help maintain a safe, organised and welcoming environment by reporting incidents when required.
What We're Looking For
Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable using digital devices and learning new systems.
Able to stand and move around for extended periods during the course of work.
