Responsibilities
The Assistant Spa Manager is responsible for assisting the Spa Manager in directing, coordinating, and managing the daily operations of the resort/hotel spa and wellness facilities.
This role focuses on maintaining premium service standards, driving revenue growth through treatment and retail sales, managing therapist scheduling, supervising staff performance, ensuring strict health and sanitation compliance, and resolving guest inquiries to deliver a world-class relaxation experience.
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
