Full Time BIM Modeller (Mechanical) Jobs, in Innobim Consultancy Selangor - Maukerja

We are seeking a detail-oriented BIM Modeller specializing in Mechanical Systems to develop, coordinate, and maintain Building Information Models (BIM) for HVAC, piping, and other mechanical systems. The role involves close collaboration with engineers, architects, and other disciplines to ensure accurate and clash-free models throughout the project lifecycle.

• Knowledge in Autodesk Revit is required
• Knowledgeable in Autodesk CDE and MS Excel.
• Produce detailed shop drawings, installation drawings, and as-built documentation.
• Coordinate with architectural, structural, and other MEP disciplines to resolve clashes using BIM tools.
• Ensure models comply with project standards, BIM execution plans (BEP), and client requirements.
• Extract quantities and support material take-offs from BIM models.
• Update models based on design revisions, site conditions, and engineer feedback.
• Participate in coordination meetings and contribute to design problem-solving.
• Maintain proper file management and version control of BIM data.
• To assist the BIM Sales team.
• To conduct demos including enterprise solutions.
• Applicants with relevant experience may be considered for a Senior Application Engineer position
• Opportunity to transfer to Singapore Office once confirmed in the position.
