Role Description The Business Process Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Shah Alam. This role is responsible for analyzing existing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending improvements that support operational excellence and service quality. Day-to-day tasks include mapping workflows, gathering and validating requirements with stakeholders, and documenting processes, policies, and standard operating procedures. The Business Process Analyst will collaborate with engineering, operations, and management teams to streamline processes, support compliance, and improve data-driven decision-making. This role also involves preparing reports and presentations, monitoring implementation of process changes, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Business Process Improvement and Business Process Management to design, optimize, and monitor operational workflows.
• Candidates should possess skills in Business Analysis and Business Process to conduct requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support evidence-based recommendations.
• Relevant experience in industrial, engineering, or energy-related environments is beneficial.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional technical and business teams.
• Ability to use process modeling tools, data analysis software, or ERP/CRM systems is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
