Full Time Production Supervisor Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,000 in MASS POWER SERVICES PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Responsible for overseeing the daily Production operations of the leather finishing department. This role ensures that all leather processing meets strict colour and finishing accuracy, quality standards, and delivery timelines. Lead a team of operators, collaborate cross-functionally with R&D Teams, Dyeing Teams, Quality Teams and Planning Teams. Manage chemical inventories and enforce strict safety and housekeeping protocols.

• Production & Operational Supervision

-Supervise daily finishing Production operations to maintain a smooth production flow.

-Manage the daily production plan to ensure on-time delivery according to schedules provided by the Planning Department.

-Monitor and manage chemical stock levels by conducting regular physical counts and coordinating replenishment requests with the warehouse.

-Keep all machinery in optimal working condition by coordinating preventive maintenance schedules and reporting technical faults.

• Quality Control & Color Matching

-Ensure the finishing leather color strictly meets quality standards, customer specifications, and matching criteria.

-Monitor process parameters closely, making necessary adjustments to improve batch consistency and reduce defects.

-Proactively report and escalate departmental issues to identify root causes, and implement effective corrective actions.

• Team Leadership, Training & Administration

-Allocate daily tasks, manage operator workflows, and monitor staff attendance, absences, and overtime logs.

-Provide hands-on, on-the-job training to operators and schedule staff for relevant job-related external courses.

-Foster a positive, motivated team mindset to drive efficiency, collaboration, and high administrative standards within the department.

• R&D, Innovation & Continuous Improvement

-Collaborate with the R&D team to test and evaluate new finishing recipes, chemical formulations, machinery, and processing techniques.

-Train and guide operators on how to implement newly developed recipes and technical processes safely and effectively.

-Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at boosting productivity, reducing chemical waste, and improving environmental sustainability.

• Safety, Health & Housekeeping (EHS)

-Ensure all safe working practices are strictly followed in compliance with safety regulations, especially regarding proper chemical handling.

-Follow up on all safety aspects, including the regular update and enforcement of Work Instructions (WI) and Risk Assessments (RA).

-Actively attend and contribute to company safety briefings and operational meetings.

-Maintain excellent standards of housekeeping and cleanliness across all finishing sections and surrounding department areas.

Requirement :

• Minimum secondary education with 5years' experience managing Production line and supervise a team of production operators
• Good knowledge and practical understanding of production processes, machines and know-how
• Demonstrate Problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and communications to interact with various internal stakeholders (including R&D / Planning / Dyeing /Quality/ EHS etc
• Basic IT knowledge and strong commitment to quality etc
• Working location at Hougang Area
