About the Company

Morgan Philips is partnering with a fast-growing technology company specializing in AI-powered energy and digitalization solutions. The company is expanding its presence in Malaysia and is looking for a commercially driven sales professional to develop new business opportunities within the renewable energy and enterprise technology sectors.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business development and revenue growth for AI-powered energy solutions.
• Build relationships with renewable energy developers, utilities, EPCs, O&M providers, and industrial customers.
• Identify customer needs and promote energy management, monitoring, forecasting, and AI-driven solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to proposal, negotiation, and contract closure.
• Collaborate with product and technical teams to support customer presentations, demos, and POCs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, SaaS, enterprise software, energy, or technology solutions.
• Proven track record in generating new business and achieving sales targets.
• Experience selling software, digital platforms, AI solutions, cloud services, or industrial technologies.
• Strong understanding of renewable energy, solar, utilities, or energy management markets is preferred.
• Willing to travel locally for customer meetings, site visits, and industry events.
