Full Time Discipline Support Officer # Bishan Jobs, Salary up to SGD 1,800 in VINAYAK ENGINEERING & SERVICES PTE. LTD. Islandwide (Singapore) - Maukerja

Location: Guangyang Secondary School, 8 Bishan Street 12, Singapore 579807
Contract Period: 4 January – 29 October 2027
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:45 a.m. – 4:45 p.m. (1-hour lunch break; subject to the school term schedule).

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct campus patrols and support daily student discipline and supervision.

• Monitor latecomers and maintain detention records.

• Support in-house suspension, student reflection and restorative activities.

• Assist with preliminary investigations, statements and incident reports.

• Maintain discipline records and update relevant data.

• Work closely with teachers and the Student Management Team to support student development.

Requirements:

• Uniformed service experience (e.g. Police or Prison Service) is preferred, ideally with over 10 years of experience.

• Experience in youth-related investigations, behavioural support or restorative practices is an advantage.

• Strong conflict management, communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in basic data entry and Microsoft Excel.

• Firm, fair, professional and able to engage students respectfully.

• Able to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgement.
