Content Moderator – Arabic Speaking (Najdi & Hijazi)

Location: G-Tower, Ampang Park, Kuala Lumpur

Work Arrangement: On-site

Shift: Rotational Shifts

Job Summary

We are looking for Arabic-speaking Content Moderators who are proficient in both Najdi and Hijazi dialects to review and moderate online content. The ideal candidates should have strong language proficiency, good attention to detail, and the ability to assess content accurately while ensuring compliance with platform policies and community guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and moderate online content, including text, images, videos, and other user-generated materials.
• Assess content to ensure it complies with platform policies and community guidelines.
• Identify and flag inappropriate, offensive, misleading, or policy-violating content.
• Apply moderation guidelines consistently and make appropriate decisions based on established procedures.
• Understand Arabic content and expressions across Najdi and Hijazi dialects.
• Escalate sensitive or complex cases to the relevant team when necessary.
• Maintain accuracy and meet daily productivity and quality targets.
• Stay updated on content policies, moderation procedures, and relevant guidelines.

Requirements

• Local MY citizens only.
• Proficient in Arabic, particularly both Najdi and Hijazi dialects.
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• SPM or Diploma and above.
• Strong reading comprehension and attention to detail.
• Good analytical and decision-making skills.
• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable reviewing different types of online content.
• Willing to work on-site at G-Tower, Ampang Park, Kuala Lumpur.
• Willing to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required.
• Fresh graduates with the required language proficiency are encouraged to apply.
