Responsibilities
We're looking for a Digital Media Associate to bring our events to life online. You'll film, edit and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn for all five Funco brands, and help run our TikTok Shop livestreams. You'll report to our Social Media Specialist and spend a good part of your week on site at events, capturing the moments our clients remember.
Job scope
Film event setups, recaps and behind-the-scenes content on iPhone 16 Pro, Insta360 Flow2Pro, GoUltra, X4, X5 (360 filming and editing)
Edit short-form video in CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro, including captions, music and on-screen text
Schedule and publish posts across all social media accounts to the monthly content calendar
Support TikTok Shop livestreams: set up lighting and audio, manage product cards, monitor comments
Reply to DMs and comments within one working day, routing sales enquiries to the right account executive
Track post and livestream performance and prepare a simple monthly report
Contribute content ideas and keep an eye on trends relevant to each brand
Work arrangement: Hybrid. Split your week between home, the office and event venues, wherever the content is happening.
What we're looking for
1 to 2 years in social media or content creation, or a strong portfolio for fresh graduates
Diploma or degree in Mass Communication, Digital Media or a related field
Confident filming and editing short-form video; CapCut and Premiere Pro are a plus
Comfortable speaking on camera
Able to work evenings and weekends when covering events
