Job Description

Requirements

  • Handle FCL and LCL shipping booking, space securing, trucking arrangement and loading schedule; 

  • Monitor vessel schedules, cut‑off, ETD, ETA and full shipment status; 

  • Liaise with shippers, warehouses, trucking providers, carriers and overseas agents to resolve shipment exceptions; 

  • Verify freight charges, prepare debit notes and coordinate with finance for settlement; 

  • Maintain shipment ledgers and archive all operational records.

Responsibilities

  • Minimum one year of freight forwarding operation experience with good knowledge of import and export workflows

  • Familiar with carrier SOP, shipping instruction submission, cut‑off rules and bill amendment procedures; 

  • Proficient in English reading and writing for communication with overseas counterparts; 

  • Detail‑oriented, stress‑resistant, good at communication and emergency handling; 

  • Skilled in Excel and Microsoft Office suite.
