Diploma or Degree equivalent preferably with basic Accounting knowledge

Good knowledge of MS Office package

Knowledge of AutoCount will be advantageous

Able to communicate verbally and write in Mandarin & English

Min 2-3 year(s) of related working experience

Review and process of vendor invoices

Process payment and ensure completeness of payment process

Generate AP/AR reports

To assist in any ad-hoc task given by superior

To assist in Inventory related functions and reports compilation

Able to work independently
