About The Job

As a Procurement/ Sourcing Specialist, you will oversee material replenishment workflows and vendor delivery performance to maintain uninterrupted manufacturing operations.

• Administer purchase orders and monitor fulfillment timelines to ensure consistent material delivery schedules.
• Evaluate supplier capacity and track supply market conditions to adapt procurement schedules proactively.
• Regulate inventory levels across assigned categories to balance supply availability and minimize surplus stock.
• Coordinate with quality engineering and suppliers to resolve incoming non-conforming materials and defective goods.
• Align purchasing activities with environmental, health, and safety standards across daily operational tasks.
  
  

Skills And Experience Required.

• Practical background in operational procurement, inventory control, or material management within a manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of procurement lifecycles, contract order execution, and supply market dynamics.
• Applied experience operating enterprise resource planning platforms and spreadsheet applications.
• Strong negotiation, coordination, and interpersonal skills to manage vendor relationships effectively.
• Degree in supply chain management, procurement, logistics management, business administration, or a matching field.
• Communication in Maadaarin will be a plus !
