Responsibilities
We are looking for individuals to join Octomate Staffing Pte Ltd on a temporary, contractor, or part-time basis.
In this role, you will gain hands-on recruitment experience, working closely with clients to support their staffing needs through candidate engagement, interview coordination, and overall recruitment operations.
End-to-End Recruitment
Publish job advertisements across various recruitment platforms to support staffing requirements
Support clients’ staffing requirements by sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates across various job roles and industries, while coordinating the recruitment process through successful placement
Prepare recruitment-related documentation and reports
Conduct candidate research and outreach through various channels, including cold calling, online job sites, internal databases, and professional networks
Assist with workflow deployment and rostering arrangements when required
Project Support
Participate in ad-hoc turnkey projects to support clients and business needs
Update and maintain the firm’s internal database
Requirements& Qualification
Minimum GCE ‘A’ Level
Able to work towards targets and thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment
Proactive, self-motivated and eager to learn
Possess good communication skills to engage confidently with candidates
Able to commit for a minimum of 3 months
