Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Welcome customers, assist with enquiries, and provide friendly customer service.
Take customer orders, serve food and beverages, and handle basic cashiering duties.
Assist with food preparation, packing, and takeaway orders when required.
Replenish food, beverages, and other shop supplies.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area, counter, and shop premises.
Assist with daily opening and closing operations.
Ensure proper food handling and follow hygiene and safety standards.
Support other daily restaurant operations and perform additional duties as assigned.
