Full Time LAB OPERATOR-LAB TECHNICIAN Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,200 in WILMAR PALM PRODUCTS SDN BHD Selangor - Maukerja

• Perform analysis on incoming raw materials and outgoing products to ensure they meet required quality specifications.
• Conduct tanker inspections to verify cleanliness and emptiness before loading for dispatch.
• Assist in line sampling and testing during dispatch operations.
• Prepare and issue Certificates of Analysis (COA) based on the results from loading line samples.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping of the sampling bay and laboratory area.
• Store and manage dispatch samples according to the specified retention period.
• Collect samples from storage tanks based on production instructions or daily receiving/dispatch schedules.
• Keep storage tank retention samples in accordance with the defined retention duration.
• Carry out analysis of effluent plant samples to ensure compliance with environmental and quality standards.

Shift Duties – Plant, Boiler, and Shipment

• Perform routine analysis on samples from the Refinery and Dry Fractionation plants.
• Conduct testing for boiler, CCT, EFB/fibre, and bleaching earth samples as required.
• Communicate analysis results promptly to the production team.
• Report any off-spec or non-conforming products identified during production to the supervisor without delay.
• Properly label and retain plant and packing samples for the required period.
• Carry out any additional duties assigned by the superior to support operational and company objectives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
