Proven experience as a Telesales Executive or in a similar sales role, with 1-2 years of relevant experience.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.

Ability to effectively communicate product knowledge and value propositions to potential clients.

Maintain a high volume of outbound calls daily, meticulously documenting all customer interactions, feedback, and sales progress in the CRM system.

Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to understand campaign objectives, target customer segments, and refine sales pitches for maximum impact.

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) through consistent effort, strategic calling, and effective negotiation.

Build and nurture strong relationships with potential clients by providing exceptional customer service and follow-up, ensuring a positive brand experience.

Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings and identify new sales opportunities.
