Full Time Restaurant Supervisor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,400 in MRD Johor - Maukerja

• Manage daily shifts, streamline service, and enforce safety and cleanliness standards.
• Train, motivate, and coach staff while bridging communication between employees and management.
• Handle inquiries, professionally resolve complaints, and maximize guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years in the industry.
• At least 1 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Willing to work 6 days per week on rotating morning/afternoon shifts.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
