Possess related certificate OR Diploma OR Degree in culinary arts.

Good knowledge of different types of pastry, bread, dessert and decorating.

Able to communicate and collaborate in a team.

Good understanding of food, health, and safety regulations

Skills Required: Bread Making, Pastry Preparation, Food Safety and Hygiene, Quality Control and Attention to Detail

Flexible to work 6 days a week on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays

Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven setting

Support the daily production of bread and/or pastries in accordance with recipes and standards

Ensure consistency and quality of baked products to meet brand expectations

Assist in maintaining product display to ensure items are well-presented and always appealing

Carry out basic quality control to ensure products meet required standards before service

Monitor inventory levels and support stock replenishment when required

Ensure daily operations adhere to food safety and sanitation policies

Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and baking equipment at all times

Monitor kitchen equipment and report any issues to the Senior Baker

Dispose of spoiled or expired items in accordance with hygiene standards

Continuously build culinary knowledge and contribute ideas to improve products and menu offerings
