Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.

Minimum 2 years' working experience in accounting.

Experience in any industry is welcome.

Familiar with basic accounting principles.

Able to handle accounting documentation independently.

Computer literate and proficient in:

• Microsoft Excel

• Microsoft Word

• Microsoft Outlook

Good organizational and time management skills.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsible, trustworthy and detail-oriented.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Prepare and process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

Issue invoices, debit notes, credit notes and official receipts.

Monitor customer payments and follow up on outstanding collections.

Perform bank reconciliation.

Prepare payment vouchers and process supplier payments.

Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents.

Assist in monthly closing and prepare accounting schedules.

Assist in preparing financial reports and management reports.

Maintain petty cash records.

Perform general administrative duties and filing.

Prepare quotations, purchase orders and delivery orders where applicable.

Maintain proper documentation and record management.

Handle incoming calls, emails and correspondence.

Coordinate courier services and office logistics.

Purchase office supplies and monitor inventory.

Arrange meetings and prepare meeting documents.
