Full Time AI Executive (Full Stack Engineer) Jobs, in Kamatto Malaysia WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

• Degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• At least 2 years of full stack development experience, with systems that have been used in production.

• Backend development in at least one modern language and framework, for example Python, Node.js, PHP, Java or Go.

• Front-end development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a modern framework such as React, Vue or Angular.

• Database design and SQL.

• Experience building and integrating REST APIs, including third-party APIs.

• Version control with Git, and experience deploying to a cloud platform.

• Comfortable using AI tools and language models as part of everyday development work, and willing to learn how to build AI agents and assistants on the job.

• Able to work independently, manage priorities, and explain technical work in plain language, with working proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Bonus Skills (Added Advantage)

• Experience integrating e-commerce, logistics or accounting platforms.

• Experience building AI agents, chatbots or LLM-based tools — prompt design, connecting an AI model to systems and data, and testing its accuracy.

• Experience automating business processes for non-technical users.

• Docker, CI/CD, or similar deployment tooling.

• Mobile-friendly or progressive web app development.

• Reporting, dashboard or business intelligence experience.

• Build and maintain internal systems, covering backend, database, and user interface.
• Integrate third-party platforms via API to consolidate data into internal systems.
• Build custom AI agents for each department to automate repetitive work with tailored workflows.
• Gather requirements from users and turn them into clear specifications before building.
• Manage the project backlog by prioritising requests, aligning with management, and tracking work through to delivery.
• Deploy, monitor, and support live systems, ensuring safe releases, uptime, and fast fixes when issues arise.
• Manage data security and access, including user roles, credentials, backups, and security reviews before launch.
• Document, train, and hand over completed work by writing guides, training staff, providing support, and keeping documentation current.
