Requirements

For Experienced Candidates

• Experience in postpartum care, massage, beauty, physiotherapy, nursing, midwifery or related fields is an advantage

• Relevant certifications such as SKM/DKM are an added advantage / required for applicable positions

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Passionate about women's wellness and postpartum care

For Candidates Without Experience

• No direct postpartum care experience is required

• Training will be provided

• Candidates with a background in Nursing, Physiotherapy, Midwifery, Beauty Therapy, Healthcare or related fields are encouraged to apply

• SPM holders who are genuinely interested in learning postpartum care and massage techniques are also welcome

• Willing to learn and develop professional skills

• Caring, patient, responsible and comfortable working with mothers

General Requirements

• Local Malaysian candidates only

• Able to work full-time

• Willing to work in a confinement centre environment

• Candidates should be comfortable with hands-on care and client-facing responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Provide postpartum care and recovery treatments for mothers after childbirth

• Perform hands-on massage and machine-assisted treatments according to training and company procedures

• Assist mothers with postpartum recovery and wellness programmes

• Provide basic facial and hair care services when required

• Communicate with clients and provide good customer service

• Introduce and recommend suitable treatments or packages to clients

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the treatment area

• Complete basic documentation and other related administrative tasks

• Follow the centre's service standards, treatment procedures and safety guidelines
