Full Time Customer Service Assistant Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,400 in TRIANGLE AUTO PTE LTD West Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Primary Purpose and Function

Responsible for dealing with customer's needs on automotive related services at our service front counter, in an efficient and courteous manner to ensure the highest standard of customer satisfaction and experience. The position outcomes from improved customer experience will in turn improve our service turnover and profitability KPIs.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Arrange service booking through email, inbound and outbound calls
• Follow up on Speed Limiter Device and other promotions enquiries; from payment follow-up, booking to installation
• Provide admin support to Service Advisors
• Conduct / Collect customer satisfaction survey
• Prepare and despatch monthly service reminder
• Support front office reception (receptionist)

Requirements

• Customer service skills
• MS Office
• Basic automotive understanding (preferred)

Qualification

• Minimum 'N' Level
• Minimum 1 year related administrative or Customer Service Experience
• PC literate

** Must be willing to work in Tuas Area
