Full Time Operations Executive Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,000 in AMSPEC TESTING SERVICES PTE. LTD. West Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Act as principal contact of AmSpec’s clients; engage actively with both existing or new and potential clients and maintain relationships with them.
• Represent the Company at industry functions.
• Coordinate closely with Lab to ensure timely production of analytical results and communication to clients.
• Oversee daily operations and activities of Inspectors and carry out field check on them from time to time.
• Ensure all team members adhere to legal rules and the Company’s policies and procedures.
• Keep updated and be familiarized with industry standards and practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 year(s) of relevant industry experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business management / Administration, Sales & Marketing, or other applicable degree.
• Good business knowledge, team management, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good knowledge in MS Office suites, database and information systems.
