Full Time IT Project Coordinator Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,000 in PERSOL TECH SERVICES PTE. LTD. - Maukerja

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare weekly and monthly reports
• Keep track of IT asset movement and update the tracker and customer's Asset Management System (AMS)
• Ensure the soft copy forms are sent to the required parties within the timeline
• Organize and maintain physical and electronic documents ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
• Follow up closely with the engineers to ensure all forms and assets are in place
• Serve as the point of contact for asset reconciliation with the customer
• Return the reclaimed assets to the customer in a weekly basis
• Basic Troubleshooting for assets to ensure they are in working condition

Requirements:

• Diploma in IT or related field
• Min 2 years of experience in IT project coordination and IT support a plus
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of interacting with individuals at all levels of the organization
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy in work
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
