Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Warehouse Admin Executive to support daily warehouse operations and administrative activities. The candidate will be responsible for inventory updates, documentation, reporting, and coordination with warehouse and logistics teams using the EPICOR system.

Key Responsibilities

• Update and maintain stock records using EPICOR system
• Prepare delivery orders, invoices, and warehouse documentation
• Perform data entry and ensure inventory accuracy
• Coordinate with warehouse staff, transporters, suppliers, and customers
• Generate daily and monthly warehouse reports
• Assist in stock count and inventory reconciliation
• Maintain proper filing and documentation records
• Support overall warehouse administrative operations

Requirements

• Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (others are welcome to apply)
• Experience in warehouse administration is an advantage
• Knowledge of EPICOR system preferred
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel & Word)
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Able to work independently and multitask
