Full Time Senior Manager - Accounts Payable - Financial Ops Jobs, in Robert Walters Federal Territory - Maukerja

Lead the APAC Accounts Payable COE and support the Finance teams across APAC by delivering a consistent first class service in line with SLAs and evidenced through agreed upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the regional Accounts Payable (AP) Centre of Excellence (COE), ensuring the delivery of efficient, high-quality and cost-effective services across regional business units.

• Drive the development and implementation of the AP COE operating model, working closely with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

• Establish and monitor key performance and control indicators to evaluate service delivery, operational effectiveness and compliance with established standards.

• Ensure accountability for service levels, operational performance and continuous improvement across AP functions.

• Oversee AP operations in Malaysia, ensuring consistent service delivery and adherence to operational requirements.

• Maintain robust processes, standardised procedures and accurate documentation in line with best practices and internal control standards.

• Drive operational excellence through process standardisation, automation and efficiency initiatives to improve productivity and minimise non-value-added activities.

• Support regional Finance leadership in strategic planning, operational prioritisation, workforce planning and succession management.

• Lead and develop the AP team through performance management, coaching, training and mentoring to strengthen capabilities and overall team effectiveness.

• Identify high-potential talent and support career development and succession planning to build a sustainable talent pipeline.
