Role: Kitchen Assistant – Day/Night Shift
Location: CBD (Near to MRT)
Working Hours: 5pm to 3am/10am to 10pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with basic food preparation, including washing, cutting and portioning ingredients.
• Support chefs in preparing and plating dishes.
• Prepare ingredients and supplies before and during service.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and food preparation areas.
• Wash kitchen equipment and utensils when required.
• Assist with receiving and storing food supplies.
• Follow food safety and hygiene procedures.
• Carry out other kitchen duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• No prior experience required; willingness to learn is important.
• Able to work weekends and public holidays as required.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Able to work well in a team and follow instructions.
