Full Time Project Manager - Advanced Manufacturing Jobs, Salary up to SGD 8,000 in RANDSTAD PTE. LIMITED Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

We are looking for a hands-on Project Manager to direct complex industrial build-outs from early design concepts right through to physical handover. You will take ownership of fast-track fabrication spaces, balancing site operations, trade contractors, and demanding project timelines.

Job Description:

• Steer projects through every phase: design alignment, ground execution, integration, system trials, and building sign-off.

• Build and track baseline schedules, cash flow projections, materials procurement, and day-to-day site logistics.

• Align specialized trades and external partners, ranging from mechanical, electrical, and structural subcontractors to design consultants and vendor specialists.

• Oversee site progress, track craft productivity, and resolve bottlenecks before they impact the critical path.

• Keep site safety (WSH) and quality standards at the forefront of every shift.

• Handle commercial discussions, assess change-order validity, and keep overall spending in line with target margins.

• Oversee snagging, validation trials, testing routines, and formal asset turnover to the operating team.

• Keep client leadership updated through data-driven progress reporting.

Requirements:

• Practical background driving build programmes in advanced/precision environments (such as cleanrooms, microelectronics, advanced manufacturing, or data centres).

• Proven track record directing multiple subcontractor packages on live job sites.

• Clear grasp of local Singapore building codes, statutory approvals, and site safety frameworks.

• A calm, structured approach to resolving site clashes, commercial pushback, and schedule crunches.

• Degree or diploma in an engineering, construction, or technical field.

• Professional accreditations (like PMP) are a solid plus.
