Full Time Team Lead - Accounting Software Jobs, in Info-Tech Systems Ltd. Federal Territory - Maukerja

What is your mission?

• Advice the support or implementer on queries on accounting matters. 
• Help troubleshoot issues that arise in day-to-day operations (Singapore).
• Daily monitoring on the team tickets, emails, implementation etc 
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members, ensuring everyone is aligned with goals, deadlines, and priorities.
• Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes, reduce inefficiencies, and enhance productivity.
• Assist in training new team members, providing guidance on accounting procedures. 

To succeed in this role, we will need you to have: 

• Preferably Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 2-3 years of working experience in accounting software, accounting systems, and team leadership.
• Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
