Job Description
Responsibilities
Support regional air and ocean freight operations, including coordination with trucking and logistics teams.
Act as the main communication link between customers, internal departments, and regional operations teams.
Develop and standardise SOPs and process flowcharts across regional offices.
Monitor operational performance and prepare regular customer KPI reports.
Work with the Operations Manager to identify and implement process improvements.
Coordinate IT system enhancements, integration, and testing for operational projects.
Provide training to operational staff on updated procedures and customer requirements.
Resolve daily operational issues and ensure timely follow-up on customer requests.
Assist with quotations and undertake overseas business trips when required.
