Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
Deal Sourcing & Screening:
Identify and assess potential investment opportunities that match the firm's thesis.
Financial Modeling & Valuation:
Build and maintain detailed financial models, perform discounted cash flow (DCF) analyses, and run valuation sensitivities.
Due Diligence:
Coordinate with external legal, tax, and commercial advisors to investigate target companies or assets.
Investment Committee Memos:
Draft pitch decks, memos, and formal presentations for senior partners or internal committees.
Portfolio Monitoring:
Track the financial and operational performance of existing portfolio companies or assets.
