Full Time Project Manager - (M-E) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 8,000 in OLIVERS & PARTNERS PTE. LTD. Islandwide (Singapore) - Maukerja

• Lead a team of M&E Engineers by delegating work according to project priorities, technical challenges and contractual milestones.
• Coordination of M&E design submittals from contractors, as well as following up site supervision, design conflicts and variation orders for the client.
• Review technical submissions and design layouts as well as material submittals from contractors.
• Coordinate between the construction and contractors’ engineering teams ensuring that all requirements are conveyed clearly and delivered upon.
• Plan and maintain project budgets and schedule planning activities with the project team.
• Attend and lead progress & technical meetings, discuss and suggest technical proposals.
• Take part in project and risk management reviews.
• Coordinate with quantity surveyors or payment appreciations and change orders.
• Ensure safety practices are adopted at the project site.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years’ engineering experience in large scale industrial or data centre projects.
• Strong technical knowledge in M&E works, planning capability and authorities’ compliance; adopt lean mind set to cost and resource management
