A consumer goods distribution group is looking for an Accounts Executive to support its finance team. You will process day-to-day transactions and keep records audit-ready.

What You'll Be Doing

• Record expenses and process supplier invoices in the ERP system with complete supporting documents
• Prepare and post payment vouchers for timely vendor payments
• Maintain the accounts receivable ledger and match customer payments to invoices
• Process staff claims in line with company policy
• Perform bank and supplier statement reconciliations
• Follow up on reconciling items
• Maintain well-organised accounting records for audits and reviews
• Support month-end closing and statutory audits
• Assist with year-end stocktakes
• Perform other finance duties as assigned

What You'll Bring

• Diploma in Accountancy, Finance or a related discipline and above
• 1 to 3 years of relevant accounting experience
• Working knowledge of ERP or accounting software
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Meticulous and organised
• Good communication and teamwork
• Able to meet deadlines
