Responsibilities
Working Hours: Mon–Thu 8:00am–5:30pm; Fri 8:00am–5:00pm

Key Roles
- Recess & Engagement: Roving supervision, building rapport, observing interactions, managing conflicts, checking in with latecomers
- Behavioural Support: Attend to challenging behaviours, de-escalate, provide emotional regulation support, and conduct restorative conversations
- Check-ins: Individual check-ins, build trusted relationships, monitor well-being, follow up on concerns
- Case Follow-up: Liaise with teachers/YH/SC, communicate with parents, document interventions, and prepare cases for follow-up (including home visits)
- Detention & Reintegration: Facilitate detention, guided reflection, set behavioural goals, and support reintegration
- Hub Management: Oversee daily operations of the Ke-nect Hub, curate activities, promote positive peer interactions, encourage student ownership, and maintain a safe environment
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Former/retired educators are welcome to apply
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
