Full Time Sushi Chef Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 + overtime in Fugo Ryori (F&B) Sdn. Bhd. Melaka - Maukerja

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a sushi cook or in a similar role.

Proficiency in preparing sushi rice and slicing fish.

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Good knife skills and understanding of different fish types.

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight.

Prepare and cook sushi rice according to established standards.

Slice and prepare fish and other ingredients for sushi.

Assemble various types of sushi rolls, nigiri, and sashimi.

Maintain a clean and organized sushi station.

Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met at all times.

Monitor inventory of sushi ingredients and supplies.

Assist with other kitchen duties as needed.
