Takagi Ramen is a fast-growing F&B chain with 13 outlets across Singapore. We aim to lead the market in affordable Japanese ramen, offering a fast-paced environment with strong career growth and income progression opportunities.
Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate kitchen assistant to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of both traditional and modern ramen preparation, including broth development, noodle cooking, and topping assembly.
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve food orders accurately following company standards to ensure customer satisfaction
Monitor and maintain sufficient supplies and organize the workstation for efficient food preparation
Deliver all food orders promptly to meet service timelines
Consistently maintain food quality by following preparation and presentation guidelines
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen and work areas to comply with health and safety standards
Required competencies and certifications
Valid Food Safety & Hygiene certification
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Experience working in a fast-paced F&B environment
Strong organizational skills to multitask effectively during busy periods
Team-oriented and cooperative attitude to support smooth kitchen operations

Incentives
[Normal Shift] S$11.00 – S$13.00 per hour (based on experience)
[Night Shift] S$12.00 – S$15.00 per hour (based on experience)
