Job Summary
You will manage and grow an existing customer portfolio while acquiring new clients through social media and events, driving business growth and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Manage and service an existing portfolio of customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
Acquire new customers by executing targeted outreach on social media platforms and organizing or participating in events
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through consistent engagement and personalized communication
Assess clients’ financial needs and recommend suitable financial solutions to meet their goals
Demonstrate self-motivation and proactive client engagement to quickly build rapport and trust
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Experience in sales or client-facing roles to effectively engage and convert prospects
Comfortable conducting face-to-face engagements, attending events, and performing online outreach
Other Information
Salary: $2,500 – $3,000
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
