Full Time Shift Trader Jobs, in Tardis Group - Maukerja

We are looking for a Shift Trader to join a trading team in Singapore. This role offers the opportunity to work across real-time risk monitoring, trading operations and process automation in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time trading exposures, profit and loss, and risk metrics.
• Identify and escalate issues, and execute hedging actions in line with established procedures.
• Monitor systematic trading activity and respond to alerts to support the continuity of trading processes.
• Support trade booking, position monitoring and other trading lifecycle activities.
• Work with internal teams and external stakeholders to investigate and resolve issues.
• Develop and improve scripts and tools to automate monitoring and operational workflows.
• Provide shift coverage, including weekends or public holidays when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or related discipline.
• Proficiency in Python; experience with KDB is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with teams across different locations.
• A proactive approach, strong attention to detail and the ability to respond effectively in a fast-paced environment.
