【Assistant Manager – Cleaning Company】

Position: Assistant Manager
Industry: Cleaning / Facilities Services
Location: Singapore

Salary:
Depending on experience and interview performance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing daily cleaning operations.

• Supervise cleaners and team leaders at assigned sites.

• Arrange manpower deployment, work schedules and duty rosters.

• Conduct site inspections and ensure cleaning standards are maintained.

• Handle attendance, leave, replacement manpower and staff deployment.

• Communicate with clients regarding daily operations, feedback and service issues.

• Follow up on complaints and resolve operational problems promptly.

• Ensure cleaning equipment, chemicals and supplies are properly managed.

• Prepare simple operational reports and update management on site performance.

• Train and guide cleaners on work procedures, safety and service standards.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace safety requirements and client instructions.

• Perform other operational duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Relevant experience in cleaning, facilities management or operations is preferred.

• Previous supervisory or team management experience is an advantage.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Able to manage manpower and work schedules.

• Responsible, organised and able to handle urgent operational matters.

• Able to work independently and support multiple cleaning sites when required.

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office / WhatsApp reporting.

• Willing to travel between different work locations when necessary.

Working Arrangement:
Working days and hours will depend on operational requirements and assigned sites.
