* Receive and coordinate launch boat and supply boat bookings.

* Arrange schedules for passenger transfers, vessel stores, provisions and cargo deliveries.

* Assign boats and coordinate with captains, crew and counter staff.

* Liaise with shipping agents, customers and suppliers on booking details, loading arrangements and delivery timings.

* Monitor boat movements and provide timely updates to customers.

* Maintain accurate booking records, trip details and delivery documents.

* Handle urgent bookings and schedule changes.

Requirements

* Good communication and coordination skills.

* Able to multitask and handle a fast-paced working environment.

* Responsible, responsive and a good team player.

* Basic computer skills, including Excel and email.

* Experience in marine, shipping or logistics operations is an advantage.

* Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays to support 24/7 operations.
