Responsibilities
Working hour:
Mondays to Fridays: 08.30am to 4.30pm
Job Scope
Conduct proactive engagement during recess, lunch, and after-school
Build positive relationships; foster inclusive environment and school connectedness
Observe interactions/behaviours; support students with socio-emotional needs
Escalate welfare/behaviour concerns to HOD/SM, YHs, SH/SM, or designated personnel
Open/close room during recess, after school, and stipulated holiday times
Ensure cleanliness, upkeep, and maintenance of all assets
Supervise students using the room
Collaborate with ASPIRE teachers for student leadership opportunities
Carry out other assigned room-management duties
Plan, enact, monitor, evaluate programme efficacy with SDT and ASPIRE teachers
Coordinate with external partners for age-appropriate after-school activities aligned with CCE framework
Independently design/implement activities if no external partners
Deliver character development, SEL, recreational sports, creative arts, leadership programmes
Ensure MOE safety compliance; maintain attendance records; adapt to diverse needs
Conduct programme evaluation and feedback collection
Maintain inventory (sports equipment, educational materials, craft supplies, etc.)
Conduct stock checks; ensure proper storage/maintenance; prepare materials in advance
Maintain usage records; coordinate with admin team for procurement
Requirements
Diploma
in Youth Work, Social Work, Psychology, Education, or related field or a relevant qualification
Registered with the Ministry of Education
At least 2 years of relevant working experience
