A leading public healthcare organisation is looking for a Finance Associate Executive to support its finance team across accounting, costing and reporting. You will gain broad, hands-on exposure to finance operations in a structured, office-based environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assist with finance functions across financial accounting, costing and management accounting
• Support corporate governance matters related to finance
• Perform accounts receivable functions, including billing, managing collections and preparing schedules
• Handle general ledger functions, journal entries and account reconciliations
• Prepare regular reports for internal and external parties on assigned duties
• Work closely with other departments on finance-related matters and queries
• Maintain accurate records and supporting documents for audit and review
• Support month-end closing activities and ad-hoc finance projects

What You'll Bring

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline and above
• Relevant accounting or finance experience or internship exposure
• Working knowledge of accounting principles, billing and general ledger
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills
• Good communication skills and a team-player attitude
• Able to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks
