Job Summary
Manage and execute day-to-day Accounts Payable operations to ensure accurate financial processing and timely vendor payments, supporting overall accounting functions within a multi-center environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day Accounts Payable operations by maintaining vendor records, processing invoices, and ensuring accurate financial entries to support financial integrity.
Consolidate and process Accounts Payable transactions from multiple centers, including intercompany billing, fixed assets, and prepayments to ensure comprehensive financial tracking.
Perform monthly Accounts Payable reconciliations by matching sub-ledger balances against the General Ledger and preparing AP ageing reports to maintain accurate financial records.
Process scheduled and ad-hoc payments through electronic payment methods to ensure timely settlement with vendors.
Support other accounting activities as required to contribute to overall financial operations.
Required competencies and certifications:
Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
At least 2 years of relevant Accounts Payable or accounting experiences.
Preferred competencies and qualifications:
Familiarity with accounting software Xero to efficiently manage accounting processes.
Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail and good numerical skills to ensure accuracy in financial tasks.
