Qualifications :

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Key Responsibilities :

Social Media Management & Content Creation

• Brainstorm, create, and schedule engaging text, image, and video content across major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook).
• Monitor social media channels for trends, audience engagement, and industry news.
• Assist in community management by responding to comments and messages in a timely, brand-consistent manner.

Digital Campaign Support

• Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns (paid ads, email marketing, and SEO/SEM initiatives).
• Help track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) like engagement, click-through rates, and conversions using tools like Google Analytics.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities.

Creative Collateral Production

• Design basic visual assets and marketing collateral (e.g., flyers, presentation decks, newsletters, and social graphics) using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Support copy/content writing for blogs, emails, and website landing pages.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all creative materials align with company brand guidelines.
