JOB DESCRIPTION
- Support HR in manpower planning and workforce forecasting.
- Analyze employee headcount and manpower requirements
- Monitor workforce productivity and manpower utilization.
- Provide integrated workforce and financial performance reports.
- Monitor workforce productivity and operational efficiency.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports.
- Provide insights to support management decisions.
- Highlight business risks, financial trends, and operational issues
- Recommend strategies to improve cost efficiency.
- Support management in business planning and decision-making.
- Monitor implementation of approved business improvements.
REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration , Business Analytics, Finance , Accounting
- Understanding financial planning
