Ensure work complies with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Monitor progress of formwork, rebar, concreting, and steel works.
Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and site workers.
Conduct site inspections and maintain quality control.
Prepare daily progress and site reports.
Ensure proper use of materials and equipment.
Support project schedule and timely completion of works.
Report work progress to Site/Project Manager.
Job Description
Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in structural works (Formwork, rebar etc.).
Experience in supervising workers and subcontractors on construction sites.
Good coordination and communication skills.
Able to work independently and meet project timelines.
Experience in local construction projects is preferred.
Team player with a responsible and hands-on attitude.
