Responsibilities
Our client is seeking a dynamic
Assistant Manager / Manager, Sales
! As a key contributor to their team, you will spearhead the establishment and expansion of their user base across diverse market segments, ensuring the highest standards of service representation for their company.
Job Responsibilities:
Identify and create new sales opportunities through various prospecting channels.
Provide assistance to clients in organising professional events, optimising their experience, and assisting them in planning, packaging and menu selection.
Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and catering schedule prior to deadline.
Account for the sales profitability of event orders, ensuring the smooth operation of catering services.
Monitor key market trends and competitive information, actively brainstorming creative ideas to enhance catering services.
Maintain meticulous documentation in catering and conference files
Attend to and handle all user enquiries and feedback promptly and effectively
Job Requirements:
Possess a diploma in Hotel and F&B Management or equivalent
At least 4-5 years of experience in sales within the F&B, Catering, or Hospitality industry
Passionate about F&B, customer service and sales activities
Outgoing personality, highly motivated and independent individual
Possession of a valid driving license (Class 3/3A) is advantageous
Others:
Salary: $3,500 – $4,000 per month
