Full Time ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER CUM ASSISTANT ARBORIST Jobs, in Lotus Design Services Kelantan - Maukerja

Lotus Design & Services (LDS) is a professional services company specialising in landscape construction,

project management, arboriculture, landscape maintenance and technical consultancy services.

We are seeking a motivated, technically competent and hands-on Assistant Project Manager cum

Assistant Arborist to support the planning, coordination, supervision and implementation of construction,

landscape and arboricultural projects.

Responsibilities

1. Planning, coordinating and monitoring landscape construction, arboriculture and maintenance

projects to ensure timely completion. 

2. Supervise daily site operations, including manpower, subcontractors, materials, equipment and

work progress. 

3. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with approved drawings, technical

specifications, quality standards and safety requirements. 

4. Carry out tree inspections, tree inventories, tree risk assessments and monitoring of tree health and

conditions and coordinate and supervise arboricultural activities, including tree pruning, planting,

maintenance and removal works. 

5. Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, inspection records, photographic reports and relevant

project documentation. 

6. Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers and relevant authorities on project-related

matters. 

7. Identify site issues, monitor work performance and recommend corrective actions to ensure

efficient project delivery. 

8. Perform other relevant duties and assignments as directed by Management. 

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture, Arboriculture, Construction Management or a related discipline
• 2-3 years' of relevant experience
• Practical experience in site coordination, contractor supervision and project implementation is preferred.
• Experience in tree inspection, tree maintenance or arboricultural operations will be an added advantage.
